Baylie Junk (Schmitz) OTD
I earned my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Northern Arizona University (NAU) and have completed more than 250 occupational therapy evaluations while developing and implementing individualized treatment programs for children. My clinical experience has provided me with a strong foundation in assessing each child's unique strengths and needs, collaborating with families, and creating evidence-based intervention plans that support meaningful progress. I am committed to providing compassionate, family-centered care that helps children build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their daily lives.
Our Values

What we stand for
First, Value- Child-Centered Care
Every child is unique, and therapy should reflect that. I create individualized treatment plans that build on each child's strengths, interests, and goals while making learning engaging and meaningful.
Second, Value- Family Partnership
Parents and caregivers are an essential part of every child's success. I believe in open communication, collaboration, and providing families with practical strategies that support progress beyond therapy sessions.

Third, Value- Evidence-Based Practice
I use current research and proven therapeutic approaches to provide high-quality, effective care. My goal is to help children develop the skills and confidence they need to participate more fully in everyday activities.
Forth, Value- Compassion & Growth
I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where children feel safe to explore, learn, and grow. By celebrating every milestone—big or small—I help foster confidence, independence, and lifelong success.
